Methodology

KMA Associates’ demonstrated experience in scaleable systems and data integration has led to the development of a project management methodology.

This methodology uses a five-phase approach to develop applications. Upon completion of each phase, we evalute each remaining phase order to facilitate accurate and up-to-date project cost and time estimates.

Each project phase outlines a specific set of activities and deliverables. KMA first defines a set of business requirements for the application, followed by a functional requirements document outlining the specific work the application needs to perform. Following this, KMA defines an overall application architecture, and then proceeds with an iterative process encompassing detailed design and incremental product delivery.

Our Evolutionary Delivery approach encompasses the best of the traditional “waterfall” and iterative “spiral" development methodologies.
